E-mail notifications

Responsly allows you to send e‑mail notifications every time a survey is completed.
Notifications can be sent to:

  • the e‑mail address of the account you are using,
  • the respondent, if the form contains an e‑mail question or was completed using E‑mail Invitations.

Both types of e‑mails can be freely formatted.

To configure e‑mail notifications:

  • go to the Notifications tab in your survey,
  • turn on the desired notification options,
  • edit the e‑mail content as needed.

You can also set e‑mail notifications to the person completing the survey.
A notification will be sent if:

  • the completion is made via e‑mail invitation, or
  • the form contains an e‑mail question that the respondent fills in.
