Every Responsly survey finishes with an end page (thank-you / completion screen) that appears after the respondent clicks Send on the last step. Use it to confirm submission, close the loop with messaging or design, and—when you run quizzes or assessments—to show scores and feedback on the same screen.
What you can do on the end page
- Thank-you copy and layout so people know their answers were received.
- Quiz or test outcomes when the form is set up for scoring—plus any extra comments you want to show alongside the result. See How to create a quiz and Create scores for building graded experiences.
- Promotions or rewards—for example a code or offer on the closing screen. See Show a discount coupon on the end page.
Multiple endings and logic
You can show different end pages depending on how someone answered, using survey logic. The same form may define several end screens or redirects; each respondent only sees one ending—the one that matches their path through the form.
Button and redirect after completion
On the final page you can add a button that sends the respondent to a specific URL (your site, a booking page, help center, and so on). For full redirect behavior after submit, see Redirect after survey completion.
