You can update payment method, card details, and billing contact or tax fields used on Responsly receipts from Plan & Billing in your account menu. Use the steps below whenever your card expires, your legal entity changes, or invoices need the correct VAT / company block.
Update payment details
While logged in, click your alias in the top-right corner, open the account menu, and select Plan & Billing.
On the Plan & billing page, click Edit billing in the Plan & billing details box:

Change your payment details by clicking Upgrade payment information. You can also edit your card details.

When you are finished, click Upgrade Payment Information to save the changes.
Billing name, address, and tax details on receipts
If you need to add or change contact, company, or tax information on receipts, scroll to the Billing Information table on the same page:

Update the fields your finance team requires (for example legal name, address, or tax ID) so future invoices and receipts stay accurate.
