From Analysis you can move Responsly results into the tools your team already uses: raw responses as an Excel (XLS) file for spreadsheets and BI, full reports as PDF for stakeholders, and single-question exports from Summary as PDF or PNG for slides or documentation.
If you need to adjust values offline (Responsly does not edit submitted rows in place), export first—see Can I edit submitted responses?.
Export formats at a glance
- Full report snapshot (PDF): Analysis → Print or Save to PDF.
- All responses / raw data (Excel): Analysis → Responses → Download all responses → XLS.
- Single question chart or breakdown (PDF or PNG): Analysis → Summary → Download next to that question.
