If you forgot your Responsly password, start from the login page and use the self‑service reset so you can sign in again without contacting support. If you already know your password but want a new one, update it from your account profile while logged in.
Reset a forgotten password
- Open the Responsly login page.
- Click Forgot your password?
- Enter the e-mail address on your account and submit the form.
- Check your inbox for a message from Responsly and open the link it contains.
- On the page that opens, set a new password and save.
If anything fails or you no longer have access to the e-mail on file, use the Contact us option in the product or on the website so support can help verify ownership.
Change your password while signed in
To rotate a password you still remember:
- Sign in to Responsly.
- Go to My account → Profile → Security.
- Update your password and confirm the change.
That path is also the right place when your organization asks you to periodically update credentials.
