Use our Slack integration to be instantly notified when someone completes your form or survey, with the latest form submissions shared directly in Slack.
Slack integration is available in all Responsly plans.
How it works
1.Connect to Slack
You can find the Slack integration in the Connect tab of form.
Click Connect to set up the integration. Then, click Login with Slack.
Sign in to your Slack workspace and click Continue . Then, enter your Slack credentials using one of the sign-in methods and click the Allow button to grant Responsly permission to access your workspace.
To approve the Responsly in Slack, your Slack workspace admin will need to check the notifications from Slackbot. Request to Approve will appear.
2.Choose a channel
Connect .
After that, please toggle right top switch to Active and Save changes .
Personal Data & Privacy Policy
Curious about what kind of personal data the app/service collects? When you connect Responsly to Slack, here's what we use:
- Your user email used in Slack - we display it in the Responsly panel within your account so that you can easily see who from your company connected the integration.
- User name - when sending feedback from any Slack channel to Responsly, the feedback note will contain the user's name, so that you can identify the author of the feedback.
