Contacts and lists. Each survey response can create or update a contact (matched by email), write custom attributes, add or remove list memberships, and fire a custom event that any Brevo automation can listen to.

Can survey answers trigger Brevo automations?

Yes. Brevo's automation triggers include contact attribute changes, list additions, and custom events — all of which Responsly can fire on submission. A low NPS score can enroll the contact in a retention flow; a high score can trigger a referral ask.

Does it support multi-language Brevo accounts?

Yes. Brevo contact fields support any language, and Responsly passes through whatever text and multiple-choice values the survey collects. Locale attributes sync correctly.

How is Brevo authorized?

Via an API key scoped to your Brevo account. The key is stored encrypted; permissions follow Brevo's standard account roles.

Can we keep our existing lists and add survey-specific ones?

Yes. The integration writes to any list you pick, and you can maintain a dedicated Survey Respondents list without touching your core marketing lists.

What about double-opt-in and GDPR compliance?
