Post-session quantification

Practices that raise research signal quality
Keep live sessions for open exploration. Anything that can be answered in a pre-survey should be. The 30 minutes of live time is the most expensive part of the study; spend it wisely.
Close the loop with participants. A brief summary of what the study found, shared weeks after participation, builds panel loyalty and improves future response rates.
