If you no longer need Responsly, you can close your account from your profile. That starts account deletion; under the terms of service, full removal of data may take up to 60 days. During that time, Responsly will not send you any additional e‑mails.
Before you delete, download any survey results you still need—see How do I export survey data?—and resolve billing if the same login owns a subscription (billing help).
Delete your account
- Sign in to Responsly.
- Open My account → Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.
- Click Delete account and follow the prompts to confirm.
After you request deletion
- Data removal follows the timeline described in our terms (up to 60 days for permanent deletion of associated data).
- E-mail: during this period, Responsly will not send you any additional e‑mails.
