A better Google Sheets integration than Delighted had
Delighted's Google Sheets integration was quite limited. It could only write into spreadsheets it had created itself, so you could not point it at a sheet your team already used. Delighted also chose the column layout, delivered each row about ten minutes after the response, and capped backfills of older responses at 20,000 rows. Responsly writes into any spreadsheet you choose, maps each field to the column you pick, and adds rows in near real time. And because the sheet Delighted created lives in your own Google Drive, you can point Responsly at it and your trend line continues from where Delighted stopped.

- Open the spreadsheet Delighted used to fill. It is in the Google Drive of whoever connected the integration. Delighted added one tab per project, so note which tab holds which survey.
- Recreate the survey in Responsly from the NPS, CSAT or CES template, using the same question wording so old and new scores stay comparable.
- In the survey, go to Connect, then Google Sheets, choose Existing spreadsheet, and paste the link to the old file.
- Map the score, the comment and the respondent fields to the columns Delighted created, then submit a test response and check that it lands under the last Delighted row.

No. Qualtrics shut Delighted down on June 30, 2026, with no extensions. Annual renewals had already ended on July 1, 2025, and monthly plans were not renewed after May 31, 2026. delighted.com now redirects to Qualtrics, and the Delighted app no longer loads. Qualtrics' shutdown notice said account data would be deleted after the sunset, so responses that were not exported before June 30 should be treated as gone.
